Job Description A bank in Scarborough requires a Sailpoint developer for a 3 month contract that can be extended or go full-time. Story Behind the Need • Business Group: The GIAM - IAM Engineering • Project: GIAM Standardization and Modernization has an initiative that involves the assessments of the current state and identify the deficiencies related to task failures (identity attribute correlation and synchronization) and end-to-end Identity LiveCycle Management (ILM)-related workflows (onboarding/offboarding). Job Title: SailPoint Developer We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions using the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. Typical Day in Role Design, develop, test, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Create and customize workflows, rules, and policies in SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet business requirements. - Work with clients to gather and document requirements, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process. - Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems using Java and/or SailPoint's IdentityIQ API. - Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that the solutions meet the required quality and security standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SailPoint IdentityIQ and related technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Job Requirements 1 - At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. 2 - Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST API, and SQL. 3 - Experience in developing custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems. 4 - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies. 5 - Good communication and interpersonal skills. 6 - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Nice to Have Skills • Knowledge of Cyber security • Familiar with Agile methodology (epic, story definition, sprint planning) • SailPoint certification is a plus Soft Skills • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors • Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high scale project Education • Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
