A Bank in Scarborough (WFH) is seeking Developer - Generic - 5 for a contract of Asap – Jan 31st (Contracts are extended quarterly).
Business Group: The Branch Teller Systems’ team oversees the application upkeep and development of internal software utilized by internal and external customers.
Project: This is a Regulatory Project that will be developing and unit testing banking applications for Bank’s internal customer base. This is a new project that will be ongoing, contracts are extended quarterly and the team has indicated extension is highly likely. This developer will be working mainly on Back End applications but may have to assist the Front End team at times.
Reason for request: Additional support required on new phase of the project

Daily Responsibilities:
- Acting as a lead Developer on the team, responsible for leading cross team meetings
- Acting as a go to resource for information and assistance
- Analyzing highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
- Develop Angular and Java scripting and ability to troubleshoot
- The successful candidate will be working in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end
