A Bank in Downtown Toronto (WFH) is seeking Business Analyst - IT - 2 for a contract of ASAP to 10/31/2022.
• Business group: The CRM GWRT Technology team is looking for a Support Analyst/BA to join the ongoing Capital Markets Salesforce Integration.
• Project: The group migrated to a Tier1 CRM, with the implementation recently completed. They are now focusing on ensuring all users are added from multiple domains. Additionally, the group has recently gone live with a new application built for GBM internal control, and the current focus is on moving from the pilot stage to the live system.
• Reason for request: Project in need of active support roles

Typical Day in Role / Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include support work, as well as configuring the Control Management System (used for regulatory reporting)
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes (this is predominantly a support role where the contractor would be managing production cases and resolving them to completion)
• Will participate on side projects on key initiatives
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Able to manage time and handle a high volume of incoming requests and cases
• The goal is to upskill contractors into a junior BA capacity
• Support User Acceptance Testing (test case execution)
