| Job Description | A Bank in Scarborough (WFH) is seeking IT Project Manager - 5 for a contract of 11 months (end of October 2022).

•	Project: The IT Project Manager will be tasked with finishing the Online Publishing System (OLP) for the Replacement Project that is currently mid-stage. 
•	Reason for request: Project Delivery & Support is seeking a seasoned IT Application Project Manager who has extensive experience within application development (regarding transition/integration) as this project is an Online Publishing System (OLP) Replacement Project that is mid-stage.

Typical Day in Role
•	Develop, track and manage project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
•	Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
•	Partner closely with other members of functional teams to define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
•	Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
•	Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
•	Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
•	Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
•	Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors | 
			| Job Requirements | Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:  
•	IT Application Project Manager (manage and lead technical projects to completion, manage the day-to-day project activities, collaborate with stakeholders and work with other teams to troubleshoot problems that come up during the project lifecycle) – 10+ years of hands-on experience
•	Ownership of financials (managed $5MM+ budget) – 5+ years of experience
•	Vendor Management – 5+ years of experience
•	Experience with executive sponsor ownership & Delivering to executive (VP+) steer committees– 5+ years of hands-on experience
•	Agile -5+ years of experience
Nice-To-Have Skills:
•	FI/Banking Experience 
•	CA PPM Experience
Soft Skills:
