A bank in Downtown Toronto is seeking 2 Senior Business System Analysts,
for 6 month Contracts (Renewable). 8:30 to 4:30. the Business Banking Technology team is searching for 2 strong Business Systems Analyst with recent Commercial Banking technology experience.
• Project: The Business Banking Technology team is working on a new CRM using Salesforce Lightning.
• The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join a collaborative team environment that will be impacting multiple organizational lines within the Bank. Using various techniques and methodologies with Salesforce, the successful candidate will be exposed to new technology in an enterprise environment.
Typical Day in Role
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Reading and writing SQL Queries
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

| Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) 5 + years’ Business Analyst experience within the Financial Industry, with most recent projects in Commercial banking
2) 5 + years’ experience working through Agile projects throughout the SDLC Cycle
3) 3 + years’ experience working on Salesforce related projects
4) Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical requirements to business users and work with senior stakeholders throughout the integration process
5) 5+ years’ experience working on data mapping and data transformation related work (e.g. ETL)
• The hiring manager needs a very strong communicator, that can manage expectations with development team and business stakeholders as necessary
• The successful candidate will come from a technical background and has similar project experience
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning experience
- Java development experience
- Experience with Talend Projects is a plus and will be prioritized
- Knowledge of Oracle Storage Procedures with PL/SQL is a plus
- Salesforce Certifications is a plus
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
