Job Description	A bank in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a 4 month contract to begin and then Highly Renewable. TAMLO GPC-Planning Gov. & Control is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager for an AML KYC project to address several regulatory requirements that are outstanding, which involves updating about 84 applications and building APIs and integrations. The project is in its initial phases – being setup. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work a long-term engagement with a variety of team members in tight knit and supportive team. Typical Day in Role: - Working with Scrum Masters - Ensuring projects are delivered - Looking at schedules for sprints - Addressing risks and issues - Managing their agile pods/teams (2 PMs & 1 PCO)
Job Requirements	Must Have Skills: 1) Project Manager – 7+ years of experience 2) AML KYC – 2+ years of hands on experience 3) FI/Banking – North American 4) Strong Communication Skills – written & verbal – must be able to explain/speak to the technicalities of the project 5) PMP Certified - Looking for someone who has strong communication skill - Need to understand and explain the technicalities, but don’t need to be a technical specialist - Hands on experience is most important Soft- Skills: - Extremely strong communication skills o Written and verbal Nice to Have - ITIL - CA PPM, Jira, Confluence - Technical background Degrees or certifications: - Bachelor's degree
