A bank in Scarborough is seeking a Network Analyst for a year contract; Renewable. The Canadian and Global Network Support Services is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to assist with a firewall automation project using AlgoSec. The project is currently in Phase 2 and has gone through implementation but is requiring the automation piece. The Network Analyst will also be assisting with firewall administration.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to support a global footprint, while working with modern technology in a fast-paced agile type of environment and get exposure to different Vendors.
Typical Day in Role-
- Assist the project members in moving project forward
- Firewall and AlgoSec programming and administration
- Firewall reporting and report designs
- Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs or upgrades
- Design, build, or operate equipment configuration prototypes, including network hardware, software, servers, or server operation systems
- Determine specific network hardware or software requirements such as platforms, interfaces, bandwidths, or routine schemas
- Develop and implement solutions for network problems
