Must Have Skills:
1) 3 – 5 years’ experience managing large migration projects
2) Excellent communication skills to clearly manage stakeholder expectations, while managing strenuous timelines for migration roll out
3) Excellent Office Suite Skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365
- Manager will be prioritizing last 3-4 projects: specific Migration (Windows 10) will be prioritized
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills – especially when it comes to e-mail etiquette and ongoing professionalism with lines of business who are not familiar with process
- Wants to see candidates who can commit to jobs and stay with companies for long-term
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- FI/Banking candidates who have Migration projects will be prioritized
- Specific Capital Markets experience is a plus
- Experience maintaining Active Directory, Single-Sign On, or Application Pages is a big plus and will be prioritized
- Agile environment experience
- PMP Certification is a plus, but not mandatory
Degrees:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
