Job Description	A bank in Downtown Toronto is looking for 2 Developers for a 5 month contract extendable. Mostly work from home (1 day / week in office). The Enterprise Standards and Solutions department is responsible for setting and maintaining the standards for global desktops and workstations for the bank. They certify hardware and software packages that will be used for internal teams. These contractors will join a team of 3 as they continue to migrate and convert the Windows 10 work-space. The migration is currently focused on packaging Windows and will be moving towards deployment at the beginning of 2020. • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that supports one another and can work remote on a regular basis. The position does entail working with multiple business groups and has a good chance to convert to FTE at the end of the term. Typical Day in Role • Create SCCM packages using Admin studio • Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications • Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts • Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution • Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Job Requirements	Must Have Skills: 1) 3 + years’ experience creating SCCM packages using Admin Studio 2) 1 + years’ hands on experience with Windows 10 migration or upgrade projects 3) Experience scripting using PL/SQL, Korn or Shell programming languages 4) Strong communication skills, able to clearly speak and articulate technical requirements to Business Analysis 5) Independent, team player, who can thrive with little direction Nice-To-Have Skills: - Microsoft Certifications is a plus (i.e. MCSA, MCSE, MTA, A+, Server+ (CompTIA)) - Any industry experience is fine – as long as they have migration projects for medium - large environments Degrees or certifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
