Job Description A bank in Downtown Toronto is seeks in Business Analyst for a 6 month contract (Renewable). The GWRT Operations is seeking a Contract Analyst/Contractor On-boarding Specialist to be a part of one of the bank's on-boarding team who is responsible for on-boarding new contractors and extending current contractors. This Contractor will be partnering and working closely with the bank's Stakeholders such as PCOs and Managers who submit tickets through Jira requesting for contractor renewals or new hires as needed. The Contract/Analyst/Contractor On-boarding Specialist will require strong customer service skills, the ability to work well under pressure, have strong knowledge on the basic model of how contractors operate, and strong experience with Excel as they will be working on multiple projects and handling 100+ tickets at a time. The successful candidate will get a chance to connect with Employees form various levels and departments within the bank, while being part of a supportive team. Typical Day in Role • Partnering with stakeholders across the organization as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in external contractor on/off-boarding process • Leveraging expert skills in data analytics, relationship and contract management • Optimizing our transformational delivery model to maximize impact for GWRT • Offering an unsurpassed client experience • Ensuring contract compliance and mitigating any risks • Understanding full contract cycle in JIRA, CMS, and Fieldglass • Providing executive summary on a regular basis and as needed • Validating external contractor’s vendor SOW (Statement of Work) • Processing JIRA tickets as we receive • Interacting with multiple teams, business units, vendors and upper level management • Tracking all incoming and historical data in Excel and JIRA • Training and educating hiring managers and business partners • Creating operations manual for both end-users and internal team members • Any other tasks that’s assigned by the manager
Job Requirements Must Have Skills: 1) Resource Management (1+ years working with resource management, staffing, on-boarding/off-boarding activities) 2) Corporate office environment (1+ years working within a environment with great business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment) 3) Excel (Intermediate, familiarity with vlookups, pivot tables, charts, basic excel functions) 4) Jira (any experience) 5) PowerPoint/Presentation Skills (1+) 6) Familiarity with SOWS Nice-To-Have Skills: - Vendor Management Systems or Contract Management Systems: any knowledge of/hands-on experience with CMS, Ariba, Fieldglass, Beeline Degrees or certifications: • Bachelor's Degree
