A bank in Scarborough is looking for IT Security Analyst for a 6 month contract (Renewable for a 2nd 6 month Term) The GIAM Logical Access Control is seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to assist with a Global Identity Asset Management project, which will involve identifying and accessing responsibilities on the Mainframe Systems within ACF2. The IT Security Analyst will be managing users, creating users and modifying existing users within ACF2, as well as changing the rules and data sets that they have access to in the data system.

Typical Day in Role
• Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security-focused tools and services including project leadership roles
• Develop and interpret security policies and procedures
• Participate in security compliance efforts
• Develop and deliver training materials and perform general security awareness and specific security technology training
• Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies
