Must Have Skills:
1) 6 years+ of experience as a Technical Business Analyst creating ETL mappings and documenting transformations as part of Business Requirement Gathering
2) 3+ years of experience with Data Migration, ETL and Cloud technologies
3) 4+ years of experience using and writing complicated SQL for analysis
4) 5+ years of experience in designing and developing Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Business Process
5) Strong communication skills - Consults with business to ensure understanding of requirements and their alignment to the strategic direction and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
6) Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
7) Writing skills to support development of specifications and technical documentation
8) Prior banking industry experience (North American Banking Systems)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Google Cloud Certification
Degrees or certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
