The Product Management Team - PLATO is seeking a Digital Designer to create video and digital design content for our existing website as well as our next generation site build. Work Hours: 9-5pm (option to work remotely with Manager’s consent)

Working closely with cross-functional product team, including product managers, UX designer, developers and content writers
- Developing engaging UI from sketch to delivery, iterating on UX research and feedback loops
- Creating visual design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock ups and final designs
- Designing with our Canvas design system, while helping define the visual language and guidelines of PLATO
- Creating and curating brand elements for PLATO, including icons, photography and illustrations
- Communicating your design rationale and advocating user-centered design practices
- Participating in Agile team process, including project review sessions, daily stand ups, weekly sprint cycles, and iterative workflow

| Job Requirements |
Must-Have Skills:
1) Experience working as a digital designer or visual designer (5+)
2) Experience developing responsive web and mobile interfaces (5+)
3) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision software (3+)
4) Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams with fast-paced workflows (3+)
5) Experience creating moodboards, storyboards and conceptual design material a plus
6) Experience creating video and motion graphics a plus
7) Expertise in design fundamentals, including typography, colour and composition
