Job Description	A bank in Scarborough is looking for a Business Analyst for a 9 month contract (Renewable). Performance & Capacity Management is seeking a Business System Analyst to assist with a Migration Project along with other projects. The Business System Analyst will be working on a variety of tasks, including monitoring activity and providing technical infrastructure support for products. The Business System Analyst will have the opportunity to be part of a welcoming and supportive team that is open to new ideas, while working closely with the Infrastructure Specialist in a dynamic environment. Typical Day in Role: - Provides technical infrastructure support for products - Attends daily stand ups - Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies - Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers - Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities - Supports one or more highly complex business processes - Works on multiple projects as a project team member - Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Job Requirements	Must Have Skills: 1. Autosys Scheduling Expertise (2+ years of experience) 2. Database: Oracle and SQL (2+ years of experience) 3. Linux and Windows (2+ years of experience) 4. Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written 5. 2+ years of overall related experience Nice-To-Have-Skills: - Experience with Event Management Tools - Experience with Web Service Calls (Protocol) - FI/Banking Industry Experience
