| Job Description |
A bank In Downtown Toronto is looking for an intermediate BA/QA. for 6 month contract.
The analyst will perform as business analyst and quality assurance analyst role to ensure the successful completion of ARMITSA project. Project details: bi-directional integration with another ServiceNow instance for Incident, Problem, CMDB and Service Request.

| Job Requirements |
Must have:
1) 3-5 years of experience (BA/QA)
2) HPQC- 3-5 years, UAT- 3-5 years
3) Hands on experience with servicenow (CMBD preferred)
4) Excellent Communication skills
5) Nice to have: ServiceNow, ITIL Certification
Degrees or certifications:
