Job Description |
A bank in downtown Toronto is looking for a technical Support analyst for an 8 month contract.
This team is responsible for technical support on the provisioning side than service desk support (they’ll help out but the primary focus will be on provisioning- setting up active directory accounts, email address etc.) The manager expects the resources to be able to come in and hit the ground running, there will be some training provided when it comes to the processes but the candidates should have prior experience.

Job Requirements |
Must Have Skills:
1) Understanding of Active Directory
2) 1-3 years of overall experience
3) Bilingual in English and Spanish (– English is fine) is highly preferred
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Post-Secondary education
