A bank in Scarborough is looking for a Junior to Intermediate P/A Contractor. he main function of a Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. – Websphere) to support business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area

• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
The manager is looking for a junior to intermediate level developer, this resource will be part of the global payment team using the IBM websphere tool (not a must have, an understanding of experience would be an asset). They will be helping with specifications, data mapping (coding and working on map). The specification maps are very entry level so the manager does prefer a junior candidate. The manager is open to seeing candidates fresh out of school (have CO- OP experience).
