Job Description A Bank in Scarborough, is looking for an intermediate BA. The incumbent will be liaising with both the Business and Technology units to articulate the requirements to each area and lead application technology implementations through full life cycle in the International Contact Centre area. The resource will be responsible for the detailed documentation of business requirements (incl. full analysis of end to end processes) in English and Spanish, schedule and manage walkthroughs &/demos of requirements and obtaining sign off as well as scope changing documents, process flows, users' procedures/manuals and assistance. As Project Lead, the incumbent will be responsible for leading and coordinating with group of technology areas through solutioning, development, testing and implementation of specific technology components. Candidate must have solid project management skills and experience including building and managing project plans in MS Project, as well as leading when required team sessions and status meetings, capturing action items and meeting minutes, status reports (incl. capturing of decisions, issues & risks), implementation checklists and implementation strategies. The incumbent will work closely with the test teams (IST/UAT/QAT - BKO & IBS) and will ensure that test strategies are documented to align to project scope, department standards and strategy. The incumbent will also work very closely with the international, in-country teams, He/she will be responsible for Desktop, Telephony, IVR, Sharepoint & MIS deployments and must maintain a strong relationship with our business and I.T. partners, both in and out of country. The Bilingual Project lead/ Business Analyst manages business requirements and project implementations throughout the life cycle of the International Contact Center Projects and will support CCS Business Solutions Expert for the successful implementation of BTO Contact Centre Solutions in International Banking, most specifically for CAT, CTI Integration, CAT-Dialer Integration, IVR, Sharepoint, etc. This role involves working very closely with our business partners (IBCC), capturing business needs and translating into functional and non-functional requirements specifications, experience with the various Development and Test teams. Agile methodology is desirable. The role of this position should support and align with goals and IBCC's mandate. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for interaction with bilingual technical teams (English and Spanish) as well as documentation of Business Requirements and others both in English and Spanish. The incumbent may liaise with various other teams within the Bank, incl. products, network, infrastructure, telephony, IBS, IVR, Dialer, CTI and may also be required to deal directly with external vendors. The candidate must display strong business & negotiation skills, analytical and organizational skills, strong communication skills (English & Spanish), both verbal and written, as well as Microsoft project, Microsoft Visio, excel at chairing meetings and work within tight time lines and concurrent projects (overtime may be required and/or week-end work). He/she must be the ultimate team player.
