For a bank in Downtown Toronto. Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
• Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
• Understands specification requirements, developing technical solution using program
• Testing solutions and interacting with end users. The manager requires a Java Developer with 5-7 years of overall experience. Essentially, he requires a good developer who is open to new languages and does possess the must have skills. Kaska is a new technology (they will be sending data to kaska bus which distributes to end clients). Communication skills are important as this resource will be interacting with end users on a regular basis. This candidate will be developing, testing, and documentating while working in an agile environment. He wants to see meaningful experience on the resume, not short stints but long term assignments/tenures and does not want to see junior candidates as they require this resource to hit the ground running. Banking experience will be preferred within the capital markets

| Job Requirements |
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 5-7 years of experience is required
• Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - C#, C++, HTML)
• Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
• Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
